I am delighted to let you know I’ll be hosting a yoga retreat at the wonderful, magical and nourishing Vale de Moses. Since 2019 I have been going there myself as a participant and every time it feels like coming home. So I am beyond grateful that I’ll be coming back leading a retreat this time. I would like to invite you to come on a journey with me. To create time to rest & digest, connect, find your center, find your strength, feel grounded, create space, slow down, let go, open up, tune in to flow, tap into creativity and experience joy, compassion & gratitude. Besides yoga there will be time for meditation, breath work, mindfulness, mobility work, journaling, relaxing in hammocks, reading, hiking, swimming, outdoor showers, petting dogs, conversations and nourishing delicious vegan and vegetarian meals.
